                  Don't worry, they can spend 100% of it and it's not going to fix things. It's only going to prolong the inevitable, which is that the USA is going to have a total collapse. It's going to hurt like hell, but in the long run, after everyone dusts off and starts all over, it will be for the best.

                  Russia is a perfect example of this.
