As a domainer, my biggest advice is to heavily scrutinize every purchase...don't get just good domains, get only the best you can get for what you're spending. I see too many people here and on domain forums and whatnot with thousands of mostly worthless domains because they got everything that sounded decent.

As someone outside of adult looking in, I'll say a mainstream piece of advice: test test test. Don't assume your setup is making the most the best it can. Test different things and see if anything improves CTR/conversion/bounce rate/etc. i bet a lot of people are probably suffering more from lack of optimization of their sites from that than they are from tubes.
