Well Glenn Beck was the only one reporting on what a dangerous radical he was. No man that dangerous should be that close to the president, for the presidents safety. Now Obama should say sorry for picking him without doing a proper background check on Van Jones.

We will probably never know how much the President actually knew about this guy before approving him for the job...but I think that is really the key question that needs answering. In addition there are apparently several other whack jobs that are "Czars".

Yeah. I am sure msnbc will report on those other radical Czars next. People can say what they want about Glenn Beck but he was 100% right with Van Jones.

I used to play football with this guy as a kid in my front yard. He was super intelligent at a young age but he must have tipped the scale and fell on the crazy side.

His mom was also a teacher of mine and she was one of two teachers I had that I felt were racist against white people. She was an angry woman who disrespected the white students any chance she should.

Have you actually seen what Van Jones has said in speeches and interviews? The guy is a radical that, if the president does not agree with Van Jones agenda, can be very dangerous to the presidents safety.

If you can call using his words from what he has written and showing videos of some of his speeches...against him...then yeah the "lies and distortions" he claims was a smear campaign. In actuality it is difficult to believe that he could have even been considered for the job he had...let alone actually given the job.

it's impossible to take anything coming from america seriously nowadays. also no outrage against common sense and human decency seems improbable.

You really have gone off on a tangent here, and said very little that is actually relevant to the topic at hand. Personally, I think both parties are full of idiots and don't buy what any of them are selling. But let's face it. 9/11 "truthers" are too stupid to be left breathing, let alone given a position of authority within the government. Glenn Beck is a fucking nutjob, but in this case he's absolutely correct. Not because Van Jones is dangerous, but because he's a fucking moron.

He was given the job specifically because of his beliefs and past actions which were well known and documented. The Obama administration is populated with leftist radicals (including Obama himself) who think the same as Von Jones and therefore they saw no problem with his appointment.
