Seriously, no matter how much porn there is for free, even without tubes or affiliates free sites, most people will never pay for it. Even with a ratio 1:100, which anyone in this industry would consider great, there are still 99% not paying. So both ways, that would be good and "bad", regardless the perspective

Lets just illustrate it with simple math:
If ratio 1:100 become 1:200 you cut the income by 50%, which is bad for the industry. But "the shit for free" has only changed from 99% to 99.5%, a 0.5% point change.
The adult industry is not exactly supplier of food and water, so when people say "there is no money in porn", that is both true and false from different perspectives

Probably not but if no one makes porn anymore all ther wil be is old porn and eventualy these peole will want something new. But there is no motivation to make anything new because there's no money in it. If jacking off to old porn was ok with guys then everyone would be jacking off to 70's and 80's porn.
as far as the tubes. I guess if you don't mind jacking it to a 400 kbps stream on your computer monitor while having to close web cam pop-up ads then I guess you don't need a paysite membership. Take that 400 kbps stream from a tube site and full screen that shit on a 50 inch TV. Looks worse than a overused VHS tape. You need at least 1200 kbps to come close to DVD quality. Show me a tube that does that. Not to mention tubes typically have poor navigation. Maybe I don't want to spend all fucking day looking for shit.Comment
