I don't get the hate. what's the problem if she outsources? as long as her clients are happy, who cares if she did the job or some guy from India or whatever? Adultdesign.com outsources as well and most big design companies here do the same and I don't see any hate. Although she doesn't say "I outsource the work" I think it's not a secret she's just the middlewoman, so it's not like she's cheating or something

Congrats to the buyer. It really amazes me that these threads never actually contain any of my clients, but rather people who think they know what happens with my business even though I’ve never spoken with them once. My portfolio clearly states that “Zuzana Media, a North Carolina Inc. was founded in the winter of 2004. Starting as a small company, Zuzana Designs, has evolved into a design force of over 20 designers/developers worldwide”. I don’t claim to do all the work personally. My company and brand has gotten much too large to handle it all alone, despite my 14 hour per day/7 days per week designing schedule. However, I also don’t have a single employee that lives in India. I have never once used an outsourcing company. I don’t have a single employee that hasn’t worked with me for at least a year. Several are ex-employees of other high profile design firms who now work exclusively with and for Zuzana Designs. Every single project comes through me and I personally quote and discuss every project that comes through Zuzana Designs whether by icq, email or telephone. My clients are in contact with my programmers as well to ensure complete communication and satisfaction from concept to delivery. I have a full system in place for client management that every client in the past 2 years has been amazed with and that’s just part of the reason I keep customers coming back project after project. I offer changes to clients free of charge until they are 100% satisfied. I find it quite odd that someone can “claim” they have friends trying to get refunds, yet you don’t see those people in these threads themselves. It’s because they don’t exist, and the same designers trying to tarnish my name and business really do nothing but bring more attention to my name and company, and these threads only flood my email with people who visit my portfolio due to this attention. If you spent as much time creating your own brand and getting clients as you do trying to harm my name, you might have people pissed off at your success as well. This will be the only time I post in this thread since the subject of it is quite silly and adolescent to begin with. To all of my clients, I look forward to all future work we will do together and I hope you’re having a great Labor Day weekend
