Try some new shit, search for your niche and see what the top serp spots are pushing.

List these "several reasons."

build 10 blogs per day
in first month you will have about 2 hits per day with 1 hits to your main site
10 blogs daily x 1 hits per day(to your main site) = 300 hits in month 1
10 blogs daily x 1 hits per day = 300 hits in month 2
10 blogs daily x 2 hits per day = 600 hits in month 3
10 blogs daily x 3 hits per day = 900 hits in month 4
---------

Keep doing this shit and you will have enough sales

We think, simple logic being, sell something you can't get for free from a tube site... stick to very unique sites on the outer edges of the spectrum. Look for the small, simple and unique stuff that Big Brother doesn't offer for free.

Instead of trying to make paysite sales, you can sell traffic, pay per click, or $/k traffic, or you can sell datinggold free joins ($3 for a join) I believe.

Ok:

1. I think if more webmasters knew how to make a real living at anything online (not just porn) there would be less illegal tatics. Notice i said less. There are people who steal and cheat because the love to steal and cheat. But by far most people just want the money. They want their pain to go away. They dont care how they get it. Alot of the content thieves im seeing really are not "webmasters". In the cases of the pornhubs and redtubes of the world, they knew what they were doing and did it for the money (and part of me believes the thrill of the kill). But at least there would be far less copycats because guys already making money would have shunned their practices instead of participating out of desperation to make money(selling links, uploading, sponsors, host, all those with hand in the pot) and while those illegal tubes may have still been successful, there would be far more legal tubes and legal tactics being used. I look at illegal tubes, and wonder "Is this perosn trying to make money?" and realize most of them dont know how they just aquire alot of traffic and get lucky alot. There first dollar i made online was through an illegal and unethical tatic (spam) because i thought thats how people made money.

2. You want to quit someday right? Dont 99% of adult programs have a webmaster referral program? Some of these programs 2 or 3 levels deep? Are their any porn retirement plans? Even if you invest in ventures in mainstream and real world (stocks, real estate, 401k etc) those are all subject to external forces. You cant control them. You CAN control however a network of people doing the work you taught them and earning you cash potentially for life. MLM? yes their are scams but the business model works for those at the top of their own networks. Mary Kay, Avon, Amway they make it work. How? If you work and do what we do you will make money. And the people who want it make money or else those organizations would die.

3. Even in organized crime, does the boss go out and do the work? But does the boss make money? Of course and he makes more money if his organization expands. He gets a cut of eveything. If you showed guys how to do everything wouldnt it be worth it to find a few hundred people who are clones of yourself? Sausage has a nice plan and im checking it out even though im not a total noob. If someone does shit the boss does not like they are out of the crew (or prolly whacked lol). Well in porn someone could go simply start their own network right? Of course, but 95% wont because they dont want to lose the perks of being on the team (traffic, respect, ease of making money as opposed to starting out fresh). People are loyal to cash and the guy who helps them feed their family and allows them to get nice things.

I could go on and on but short version: pick the right people, teach them, and earn. Many of you think you do this and some sponsor have the right idea with affiliate reps but your not following through. It takes hard work and patience to train people. If you dont have time for either this wont work for you, you will just keep "firing" your noobs.
What experience do i have at this? I run a multi-unit tax franchise (2 location)4 months out of year. This is ok money in tax season outside of it not so much . I can honestly say i havent made a buck since april, lol (loses in porn, other shit). But i can in that business take a person off the street with the basic requirements in intelligence and some
determination to learn to do 90% of all types of tax returns in 5-7 days. Ive heard the phrase "herding cats" but the ones who really want it will seek you out. Why bash them? why shun them away? When a hungry man with no skills begs for bread to feed his family if you turn him away what does he do? Steal? Figuire out the best way to get to his bread (sometimes illegal)? If you give him a little and show him how to make moreisnt that better? How bout giving him a job in your organization so he earns and earns you more since that is one thing you dont have to do? Sorry your right about this, i get about 300-500 uniques a day on my domains mostly from forum and links. My biggest issue is i have no se traffic really. I would like to talk to you in private if you have time.

This is a partial strategy of a bigger strategy..... to do one blog takes me like 2 hours to setup with one post, 10 blogs for me would be 20 hours....

Maybe I am over doing it per blog....

Blah... ok, as far as your SE, it's actually pretty easy, make your site relevant to what you are selling, keywords, keywords, keywords! That is the key.

Affiliate rep's and account managers should really have been real affiliates before they get to work as someone who is to support and even teach the affiliates trying to promote the program. This is often not the case though.

Im guessing amount and quality of traffic also i had a site hacked that was top 10 on google for a good term i lost all the data from that domain...i had bought it with most of the content still intact and neglected to do a timely backup...remember my statement about learning the long and hard way
