    Spam me with flashing streaming media hosting

    Specifically I want my users to be able to seek forward in the un downloaded portion of the video. So the hosting would have to support H.264. I am looking for ideally some sort of VPS set-up. So far I am looking at this

      Just use our HD feeds instead

                  Get a dedicated or VPS anywhere you want (hosting provider of your choice) and then configure the machine to stream. It takes about 20 minutes to get it all configured and running.
