    Best source for Foreclosure/Auction homes ?

    What are the best sources for finding local listings of foreclosure and sheriffs auction homes? I don't mind subscribing/paying for the information I just can't tell scam sites from legit ones.

    Any help or tips would be appreciated.

                  Best source would be someone working at the bank. After that, a good real estate agent.
