Yea, but what i believe is, some people use and manipulate this subject a lot to take away People's freedom.
Probably Millions of People killed by knifes but nobody ever thought to criminalize knifes itself, so any one who is involve in this industry one way or an other must be braver then this imho.
i have never been any of the webmaster or industry shows, but i doubt if there was any subject related to fight with censorship crap

The intention was to filter CP sites, like they do in Scandinavia and UK, but they admitted during a hearing that 1/3 of the websites were not CP but "young adults". I am not sure which sites are on their list now, but I know paysites like teendreams.com, teenflood.com, and the diesel/brothersincash/teenmegacash sites was on their censorlist. The australian abbywinters.com was also on their list, including many promoters websites. So basically; censorship.
Same shit happened in Scandinavia, where some fewer "young adults" but legal sites were censored. I think they revised their lists. But the process is outrageous imo, how can you label a website and the site owner like that without any proof or court?Comment

NL is not EU, but there are common regulations/guidelines and definitions in EU. Each country still has its own laws. Right now EU is about to define any person under 18 as a "child" and forbid adults to possess explicit photos or videos of children. In several countries it is allowed with the consent of the person (if 15+ years), except for cases like distribution or commercial, which is 18+ today.
I don't think we will see something like 2257 though.Comment

What banks and which companies were that ? Located in the Netherlands and I never heard about this. I think they did something out of the ordinary or illigal, otherwise I don't believe that...Comment
