I am looking for someone who has at least 4 years experience doing the following:

Responding to affiliate / potential affiliate questions

Helping affiliates with content, clips, ideas, getting their free hosting setup if need be (my host will do the setup you need to communicate)

Working with designers should they need design stuff

Getting new affiliates to promote my sites, old network or new stuff, this will involve 60% of your work. This includes emailing those people with related sites to let them know about my sites.

Basic skills like FTP, HTML, Photoshop, basic editing is all a big plus.

I will pay good money for solid talent, I have little time to train or to hold anyones hand but I am always on top of things, so I prefer only those who have a good track record and would like to work at a company whereas you can grow and make more money overtime and be involved in really unique upcoming projects as well.

You can work anywhere or in my office in NY or new office in Canoga Park CA.
