This is why those of you who don't have the gonads to beat someone down, or sue the piss out of them, deserve to fail.
So everyone steals everyone's content. Nobody does anything about it. Beautiful.

Stealing content is a problem, indeed. So many people do it. Hey, Mr. Cool Ice, is that really you on your avatar? Is that a real tatoo? Looks odd...Send me an email: [email protected] -

I would grow my hair out and never take my shirt off.
But I gotta admit you remember shit like that. I had seen that image way before I started posting here.
I think it was on a list of "top ten worst tattoos"

I swear I get a fucking douche chill every time someone says that "beating someone down" is the solution. Really? Can we get past that idiocy already? No one is beating anyone down, and the only way anything will ever get done is if someone finally finds a disgruntled ex employee of Brazzers or any other big tube site that decided to take some incriminating evidence with him on the way out the door. Then maybe they will have the evidence they need to properly sue someone.
Every time I hear "beat someone down" I laugh. So let's just say you do decide to get brave and do something. You don't think that Brazzers, a company that already operates like the closest thing to organized crime currently in this industry, could just as easily pay someone to bust your fucking kneecaps and leave you lying in a pool of your own blood? They have the financial means to get way uglier than most and already have shown they don't give a shit, so I would be way more inclined to believe they would have "someone beaten down" than some shit talking webmaster or program owner...Comment

Unbelievable. The cowardice in this buisness.
I won a major copyright infringment lawsuite and do not alow any of my content to remain on any illegal site. If everyone did the same, you would have profitable jobs. I still think right now there is more money in copyright infringment lawsuites than in most anything else in this buisness. Attornys love those simple cut and dry cases.[[url]http://www.mensbestsecrets.com

At the same time, these kind of wins need to be headlined.Comment

A copyright infringment lawsuite is so easy.
My case: I show up in court with the original content. Defendent does not show. Why would they? They are guilty and they may have travel expenses etc. Judge awards the max for each violation. I walk away with and 2.25 million judgement. The attorneys will get aggressive for any percentage of THAT.
I think the gov is happy watching us chew each other out of buisness.
What we feared most years ago...2257...may be the best chance for survival if finally enforced...[[url]http://www.mensbestsecrets.com

2257 does not stop piracy... I think mandatory worldwide .xxx will happen soon. I don't like it, but that will stop much piracy, otherwise their domains are shut down.A copyright infringment lawsuite is so easy.

do you really think you/they will ever see a dime since most of these people are located overseas?A copyright infringment lawsuite is so easy.

Gosh. Do you think the attorneys in other countrys are not capable?
Why do we fear and assume because they are out of the country that they are untouchable. A lot has changed in the world of patent and copyright infringement on an international level. Its a smaller world and easy to get at people wherever they are..If everyone is afraid to even try,,,then your out of buisness soon. So much for your efforts...[[url]http://www.mensbestsecrets.com

Well, 2257 is already enforced. But maybe you mean enforced to all distributers, including non-commercial? Even with that, you still have many living outside U.S. jurisdiction.
I think worldwide mandatory .xxx (the idea) would have better effect, because it would enforce everyone who publish porn on their websites to identify themselves - and to be validated. I don't think that would stop things like CP, but it would stop much infringements and fraud, because the domains would simply be shut down if they violate the terms. I don't like the idea, but it might happen if things continue in the direction we are observing today.Last edited by Dirty Dane; 08-29-2009, 11:54 AM.Comment

Considering I don't own content, nobody in this industry. If I did own content, I would have no problems beating someones hands into mush with a bat if it solved the problem. I've beaten the fuck out of plenty of tossers who want to make problems about my ink. That made the news too, google it.
I've already done this dance with you fucking dip shits, I'm not going to do it again. The search feature is your friend. If you're too dumb to figure out how to use it, please put me on ignore. I'm not your fucking mother.NUR COOL UND GEILComment

The problem is that as soon as they realize they are vulnerable in whatever jurisdiction they are in they will move to one that provides safe harbour!!! Still think there has to be some way to find a solution within the content itself...anything beyond DRM???Gosh. Do you think the attorneys in other countrys are not capable?
