put back my site online as soon as possible if not ill move all my stuff to another host.
the issue is surely a security issue and not coming form my side!
im customer for at least 4 years and always been right with all staff and always paid my due.

Seriously we had much the same problem with them before we just had to move. Worst support ever ... move to another host.

Best part was after having our box up and down for weeks and them finally fixing it, they asked us to go and post a glowing report about them on gfy. Moved to Natnet, same cost and never been happier.
