Best is the idiots that order stuff for inmates and gets refused and they blame us ...

"this package was sent Via internet by me to another location , the Virginia beach city jail. so depending on how your company packaged it it could have been refused. but they received other books from other senders."

you sent a hardcover book to a prison... that is against prison policies.

(we get alot of shit sent back from correctional facilities it is very hard for any order to get to the actual prisoner without issues
