Buy property in Haiti if you wanna get rich in 5 years

Think about it. Rampant capitalism. The country is fucked. The government will be turfed. The only think that will save them is tourism...you know resorts and casinos. Buy in now...its really cheap...and just wait. Huge amounts of money will deluge this country right away. The government will be toast. Then the real money will be made rebuilding...everything.

Or you can buy domains and get rich sooner. But hey, give it a shot and post back here in 5 years and let us know how it went!

We bought a lot of property in Phuket, Thailand and a little in Sri Lanka after the Tsunami. Only had to hold on to the Thai property for a year and made a killing with it. Sri Lanka we still have because of the war, but since that just ended we hope to move that within the next 2 years.

I don't know the land rules in Haiti, but even after this clean up, Haiti will still be fucked. Unless you can get a prime location, I would pass. Even then, the country is politically unstable.

You got that right. I wish I had the know how to run one that worked internationally. There is always shit to rebuild after natural disasters or war.
