I apologize for posting this again, but the previous attempt was under a too boring subject.

So here it goes.

I am looking for a freelancer to help me posting to tube sites.
I'm quite sure all the people reading this are by far overqualified, but may be you have contacts/suggestions.

It's a job basically anyone can do - maybe a student or something with some spare time and willing to earn some extra cash.

Here follows the previous detailed post. And to apologize for double posting I also attach a picture at the end of the post.

Hi guys -
I looked for a tube submitting script, but it seems that there's no such a thing, although there are some Alpha attempts...

I am fine to work on this with a human, therefore (unless you tell me a good script exists and I have missed it...).

I would work like this:
1. You, the freelancer, get a dozen or so clips of different lengths, styles, etc. They are all watermarked.
2. You submit them to a number of tube sites (You can choose which tubes, but I will approve the list...)
3. You choose yourself which tags, title, etc. you want to use. (you just follow some basic guidelines -I simply don't want a softcore video under a "dog fucks woman" title...)
4. You take a screenshot of your upload, when you upload. After one week, you take a screenshot of the views that each submitted video had.
5. I pay you .XX$ for each "view" a watermarked clip had after one week. We can negotiate X. The screenshot of views will serve as evidence. I will pay starting from a minimum of 100k documented views (multiple sites or clips can add up). For the first week, we put a cap. Once I've seen you are reliable, things work etc, we remove the cap :-)
6. You are free to "push" each video the way you want.. crosslinking, favorites, whatever.
7. You are not free to cheat :-) i.e.: if you get any "malicious" way to show more views, bots, scripts, photoshop, whatever, then I will spank your ass until doomsday...:-) Basically only rule is that each "view" should be a pair of human eyes who actually *started* to see the clip. Anything else is fine.

Anyone has contacts with someone who would be willing to do this?

Just wanted to throw a little information in here:

You might find it difficult to submit to some of the larger tube sites as they may require you to pay for an uploader account where videos aren't rejected outright. I've read more than a few stories from fellow webmasters that have tried to use the larger tube sites to gain exposure for their site in the form of watermarked videos, and they were unable to get their videos approved without paying advertising rates. This may factor into how much you can pay your submitter if you choose to utilize the bigger tube sites.

Paying per video view may not be the best way to compensate your submitter because it's really quite easy to surreptitiously increase those video view numbers. Instead, you may want to consider compensating your submitter per video upload. This is something that is easily verified on your side and cheat-proof.

Having said that, there are numerous outsourcing companies with inexpensive labor that may be well-suited for your tasks. Make a post here asking for outsourcing companies to contact you, and I'm quite sure you'll be overwhelmed with responses.

Klen, you are right - this is my #1 priority right now.
I contacted CCBill with some questions but (no offense meant) they seem to be a bit slow with mails - a 48hrs cycle between mails is a bit too much I'd say.
My intention was to keep Verotel as 2nd cascaded processor, as use CCBill as first if they meet a couple of requirements. However, I am open for anything else fitting... would you recommend epoch or zombaio instead?

Hi Sands -
actually your mail came at the right time... my current host had my database down for about one hour yesterday, apparently for whatever claimed "maintenance" reason. The site was still up because i have a caching thing, but all the interaction, posting comments etc, was unavailable. So far for the rant..
I won't be moving at least for the next couple of weeks, but I am OK to start planning - mind sending me a quote?

Well two webmaster which i know,darrell and barefootsomething uses zombaio and they say how it is good,they dont have major complaints.You could go with zombaio only or with epoch/zombaio combo.Ccbill it's not really good choice lately.Also you may try alternative billing like password by phone.
