Chinese traffic is pretty worthless to be honest. But I remember seeing a program that could convert it, but I just don't remember the name, sorry.

it's been a problem since I can remember. I tried a lot of stuff but it was hard earning back the bandwidth. There were a few programs that paid well but they're no longer available...

but it will give you something extra.
