i'm waiting on some designs from mberk too.

i have a feeling he'll disappear for a while then come back. he's done it before...

I'm awaiting finalisation of my design as well...
he wanted to finish it before August 5 since we were both going away for a week.

I saw him last online @ August 12.
Since then he doesn't respond to email/icq.

I'm not calling him a scammer, since he did good work, but he should act a bit more professional than this...

Anyone find this scum bag yet?

"designers" up and disappear like this all the time. i had a guy doing beautiful logos for me for a bit at a fucking unbelievable price. then he disappeared, and i haven't seen him in months. crazy crackerass designers.

i was kind of hoping he would show u and straighten things out with people so i could hire him for a job. doesn't look like thats gonna happen. shame. sorry to hear he got so many people's money in the process...

It's a shame. Mberk is one hell of a wordpress designer. I got him on icq a few months ago and told him about a few designs I wanted and he said he could do them in three days. The next day, when I had all my stuff ready, I messaged him, but no answer. Haven't seen online since. Every once in a while, I message him to see if he's around, but nothing. He could be banking on these designs, but he just can't get it together.

shit happens...

Designers are the only people in the world who has grandmothers that can die 4-6 times. Not to mention the extremely bad luck they have with computer crashes and internet connections.

Mberk had some months ago a car accident. People can become funny after these kind of events. I am sure he will be back, the guy is to good to stop working.

Not all of us are like that... I've been working for 1 client for 7 years and another that I deliver daily designs for 2.. I've had 1 day off sick.

Now programmers.. they're they're the real buggers. :1orglaugh

If this is the case, and Mberk wants to come to us and finish the job, that would say a lot of him, and I'd be willing to create a post that he did finally follow through on his word.

After all, one of the only real things we have in this world is our word. :2 cents:

He did some work for me, excellent designs, nice guy and pretty fast.
I did not pay him till work was finished (yep like I always do) so hope he will finish the stuff he started and/or refund you all.
