                                I believe you. Just because of the way he's handling this and altering his responses. Thanks for the heads up about him.

                                Don't pay people up front any longer (not more than half to get them started anyways) unless it's for advertising because then you don't really have a choice, or unless you've seen them around and people vouch for them or they are established

                                On the bright side if you got 20 posts out of him for that price you probably didn't get ripped off too badly depending on how long they were and how well they were constructed even though you should get what he promised.
