If you're on your way to Vegas on I-15N, the shopping begins in Barstow at the Tanger Outlet Center, 2796 Tanger Way, Barstow, CA (Lenwood Rd Exit).

The next stop would be Fashion Outlets of Las Vegas, I-15 at Exit 1 in Primm, NV (Stateline). They have over 100 designer outlets here. It's worth the stop.

Once you hit Vegas you want Las Vegas Outlet Center, 7400 Las Vegas Boulevard South and Las Vegas Premium Outlet, 875 South Grand Central Pkwy.

Check out the directory listing for all the outlets above to get an idea of who is there.
