its sad they get these people all worked up to go after their own best interests. Also like it or not alot of people are pissed we have a black president. All this he is taking all our freedoms away really? Obama signed a bill allowing people to carry guns in parks.That seems like a new freedom to me.

I dislike both parties and politicians in general, but over the last 20 years the Republican party has continually pushed themselves to the far extreme right. They have become a party not of ideas on how to make this country better, but a party reduced to fear and hate mongering.

I'm a independent but I typically vote democratic, but I damn sure don't see the same constant hate mongering out of the Dems as I do the Republicans. Sure there might be some morons here and there but nothing like you see with the Republicans with the constant shit like purple heart bandaids, and calling every Democrat a socialist whom wants to ruin the country.

They have just gone too far off the deep end and I'm a pretty damn tolerant person. At this point in time the Republican party has gone so far over the edge there is just no reasoning with them anymore. I consider that extremist.

I actually hoped that the ass spanking they took this last election would show them they have gone off track, but instead they are getting worse and further out of touch with reality. We need a solid 2 or 3 party system, but the Repub's aren't solid anymore.

Democrats now are pushing harder and harder on restricting economic freedoms via increased taxes to fund a variety of programs that the US Government really doesn't have the authority to do... Their ideals and intentions are very much Socialist in nature and they are spending cash at an alarming rate! They are changing US laws to fit their own morals and values... that's just wrong.

Republicans now (NeoCons) are pushing for restricted economic freedoms in a different way. They are trying to tighten the US Gov's grip on the capitalist market via regulations. They are not however trying to increase taxes...

And I don't agree with any of them, take that! As they are all forms of socialism! You are absolutely right! And I never said we were socialists or Demos were socialist. Only that they are following and trying to push through socialist ideals... that's a big difference.

I don't go around throwing big ol Socialist and Fascist stamps in broad sweeping statements like many people do. I just point out that laws and regulations and whatnot that are being passed are very Socialist in nature, and that's a fact :P

I think when people accuse the government of 'indoctrinating' their kids they are probably flat earth home schoolers teaching their kids from those text books that show Jesus riding a T-Rex.
