Icq and the new update?

naw doubt ignoring , one person said this "I’m sending you back ICQ’s but they are going to AIM." I am not getting their icq's and never ever had a problem untill this last update.

I found this as well in my icq it updated Wednesday, August 19, 2009, 4:38:11 AM

I'm using Trillian, which makes me wonder if the problem isn't actually in ICQ's network. When I had the problem last night, I sent IMs to about 10 people asking them to reply if they received it. I got nothing, then about 10 minutes later I get 7 replies within 20 seconds.
