I posted right after 9-11 stating the following.

"Afghanistan will not be a full out war. It will simply be a training ground for America's new police force."

I later realized Iraq was the real training ground. By occupying major cities for YEARS, we now have a brand new police force trained.

We'll still call it capitalism/democracy, but it won't look anything like the "democracy' we know today. It's what Big O' refers to as "progress".

Nope I'm not a conspiracy theorist. No i don't read those kind of sites. I simply came up with this theory on my own based on a very good understanding of the last 2,000 years of history. Everyone wants to get their name into a history book.

Actually they went to Afghanistan so they could send more drugs to the market. The police are the ones selling it, just like any other illegal operation they run. If you create a world of criminals without the right or ability to vote, you do not need democracy. Walkover.

I hate to generalize, but... generally speaking the type of people who go in to the military are sheep willing to follow or idealistic people who think they can make a difference. The first group out-numbers the second by far.

Taking away the guns from the sheep isn't the problem you have to deal with, it's taking the guns away from the idealists that is. And of course when you have the sheep on your side, you just need to send them out to get the guns from the rest in the name of patriotism and the common good.
