So lemme get this right. After Pathfinders supposed death...his "real", "loved" son was posting on Pathfinders name...even though he HATED the adult world? Then you just made your own nick on here and YOU started posting...what happened to the real live loved son?

I have never claimed that he was my father. Not ever. I thought of him as being "dad" but, as I have explained on this board before, when it was brought up, Pathfinder would not allow me to call him dad. He wanted me to remember who my real dad was and frequently spoke of my real dad to keep my dad's memory alive in my mind. My real dad and Pathfinder became best friends during the Korean war. They made a bond that was never broken and it is why Pathfinder took me in, at the age of 12, when both my parents were killed in an auto accident.

I have no idea if Pathfinder "loved" me or not. He treated me as well as he did his real children. Pathfinder did not express emotion and believed that one should learn to control emotion and tried to teach his children and myself how to do this. He learned to do this during war. I learned that he was not totally devoid of emotion. When his mother died he called me and I heard a crack in his voice.

I was not present when Pathfinder's son posted to this board so I don't know what his thinking was. I moved up from the L.A. area, at Pathfinder's son's request, to care for Pathfinder's wife (whom I call mom). As has been explained, Pathfinder's oldest son (whom I call little brother) works at a college. You have to understand these people, Pathfinder, his wife, his children are all my family as far as I am concerned, and they always treated me as an equal member of the family. In my mind Pathfinder was dad, his wife my mom and his children, my brothers and sisters. What I have a hard time understanding is why you people are consumed with Pathfinder or me being Pathfinder?????
