You may 'not care' but being owed $20k from Ibill I sure as hell would never go near any company with that name again, or any company with the same people involved.

Here is some more light reading for you:

The name IBILL stands for $30 million in lost webmaster income, thousands of lost jobs, lost credit ratings and dozens of lost homes and broken families . Even when you "Joan's" worked at IBIll during the first 4 years, hundreds of thousands of $ of webmasters money disappeared in the Web 900 fiasco and IBILL washed its hands of the matter disclaiming all responsibility. You in your wisdom decided to trade on that reputation, That is akin to someone going out and calling itself AIG and trading off their failure.

You want serious questions here's a couple
How much money does the NEW Ibill have deposited in case your merchant bank withdraws support ?

What value do you have in insurance as required by law to cover losses should a web 900 or similar loss making incident happen in the New Ibill.
In other words spell out exactly in $ and cents how you will compensate webmasters when you or your merchant bank fail.

By Oct 2002 I managed to get about 40 members recurring as an affil with Porn Megabucks.. now these were fetish buyers who would recur a long time. I went from 40 members to 1 that month. To me it isn't the money (well it is) but more what happened to those members. I guess they just were kicked off the paysite.

Pretty sure it was with Ibill, it wasn't CCBill for sure and I dont think it was with Epoch.

Can anyone verify it was Oct 2002 when IBill went belly up.

I don't really give a dam, to me it is over but I'm curious wtf happened to those 39 members. I guess when the processer goes belly up so goes the affil's recurs, simple as that. (Duh)

So yeah it hurt at the time quite a bit.

Probably not too late for a sig spot. How this person thinks anyone that got screwed by the old iBill will want to do business with the "new" iBill is beyond logic. I put "new" in quotation marks because who knows - maybe this new iBill is in some hidden way related to the old iBill and is basically trying to bilk people all over again. I would believe that more than believing someone bought the name, is starting up, and has absolutely no ethic in doing so and feeling that people that got stiffed out of money (even $10k+ as some have mentioned) don't deserve ANYTHING from them.

Well if they incorporated a new company with the same name the debt arent following the new company. But in such case it's mean that the domain have been transfered from the old to the new one.
