    Liablity Insurance Brokers?

    Hey,

    I run some high traffic mainstream image based humor websites and am looking for an insurance broker that is internet savvy. Don't need to insure offices, equipment, employees, etc. Just protect against any potential copyright or libel claim that may arise from pictures people upload.

    Any good suggestions?

      go find an independent insurance agent in the state your biz is incorporated in..

      you can get 1 mil / 2mil aggregate policy for around $1200 a year...

      make sure you tell them exactly what the risk is because some companies wont take what you want..

          Give 'em your NAIC codes the businesses you're in and they can shop out the insurance for you.

              Well I do have a local broker but the bids are coming in high... ~4.5K for 250K of coverage. I had another bid for 1mil for 1.8K but they withdrew after visiting the sites. :/ BTW the sites are moderated for content and lawyers have reviewed all the DMCA, privacy, t@c's etc. So up to snuff legally.

              Just curious if there are brokers out there that deal specifically (or at least are familiar with) online media as my broker seems more "brick and mortar".
