    y2k16 bug, you getting text messages from 2016??

    Apparently a wide number of phones are reporting text messages coming in from 2016 as of January 1st. At least one phone carrier is immune which leads experts to believe it's an issue with phone carriers, not with the phones themselves.

    But now, there are reports of a bank in OZ invalidating people's cards because it thinks they're from 2016 too!!

                  i think it's more likely that people from 2012 have figured out a way to send text msg's back in time. fear not they aren't trying to warn us of some coming dooms day or anything really....they're just fucking with us.
