Paypal run a really strict no Adult policy, speaking from experience. Even if your service isn't actually porn but is connected to porn in some way they will ban your account :-\

There are some, but they don't usually make it public knowledge.
There are plenty of ways around the "No Adult" policy Paypal has in place, starting with not being stupid enough to attach an adult domain to your account. |
