What this case will do, is stop anyone from assisting someone that they think might be an illegal immigrant. If the immigrant falls down having a heart attack, based on this law, and someone helps they can be arrested.

You are yapping about the current end result of a failed immigration system. People that are having to leach off the system in order to sustain living is an end result of them not being able to pay taxes in the first place or receive legal benefits from working a job legally.

If the immigration system was reformed there would be a lot less illegals, a lot more people paying into the tax system, health care costs would be lower as more would have health care plans through their employer. So what I am saying is that the failed immigration system is a cause of higher health care costs. The immigrants are already here no debating that. More will come because they want to live in America by choice. If they were offered legal status they would take it. They would gladly pay in taxes and be glad to not be looking over their shoulder. They would be glad to be fully legal, and would be proud to be United states citizens. This would help lower everyones health care costs by lowering the leaching of the system.
