I got a free listing on The Hun at number 9

I just got a gallery listed on The Hun. It was a free submission and in the past my links have been well down the list and got about 40K traffic on the first day.
I'm listed number 9 today, but I thought only paid submissions made the top 10. Anyway I'm looking forward to the traffic!

Yeah I guess he is not selling what he used to. Was top 10 then top 20 for a while and now I guess at least top 8.

Quite right that's it not about traffic, it's about sales! I guess people are spending less on advertising these days and I got lucky with a high listing.
I'll let you know how I get on with sales, but when I last got listed towards the bottom, I only made a couple of sales.

Congratulations - We too have a listing today, we are listed pretty regularly on The Hun and some days sales are better than others. We are not up at 8 but a little lower, I have not counted the exact number. Hope we both get some good sales from our listing.

i bought up all of the top hun listings for a solid 5 years. non-stop. it sure used to be a money maker. /understatment. i have no idea what is going on over there now though. 5 years ago you would never make it in the top 10 unless you paid. heh.

But once you have a gallery accepted every 3-4 days submit a new one and you can get sustainable traffic for a long time

I remember vividly the first gallery I ever created and submitted to Hun... as a completely fresh adult newb. It was Wizzo's DrunkSluts at the time... got listed the day after free submission. That gallery made me like $800 the first day.

That was a joyous moment.

I got listed on the overflow a few weeks back too. Sales aren't as great as back then but its still goood I did 1:973 on my MissYouth.com gallery racked in a handful of sales. I can't say anything bad over free sales . I'm pretty sure the old days of getting 30+ sales on thehun listing aren't ever coming back.

Well I got around 80k hits to the gallery, haven't checked on the click throughs yet, but probably a fairly low percentage. Can't blame the sponsor since I'm promoting one of my own paysites.
No sales yet but sometimes they do come back and sign up. Maybe I'm too niche, maybe the gallery should have been better. Maybe it's some old fashioned luck. (I'm not mentioning the su**er slow**n, it's not real... hehe).

Really doesnt matter where you are listed on that site, I once had a gallery second to dead last that got 250k clicks to the sponsor. Unfortunetly the sponsor only converted at something like 1:2500. The first time I posted a webcam gallery on the hun I made something like 800 signups with a paid spot in the 2-5 area on the first day. I've seen 20+ signups from overflow listings. TheHun used to be a gold mine, have no idea what it's like now. TheHun, Shemp, PersianKitty, Pinkworld and Al4A were the only sites I submitted to back in the day. Sites like WorldSex, Elaphant list and many others never did well for me and werent worth the energy.
