Can someone explain this 1 Hour Cookie on CCBILL? - GoFuckYourself.com

So i'm fumbling around in the affiliate area (which I like to do on occasion) and I see this...

And it's seems to be for every sponsor in there... does anyone have a clue what it means? Does it mean no referral counts after an hour? Or the click isn't counted after an hour? Clarification would be appreciated.

I believe it means.... That it counts a hit as a unique if the surfer re-visits after an hour.
Just the hit counter resets after a hour.

There is a seperate section about how long (in days) the cookie lasts for the sale.

I think so too, therefore the "Raw, Unique" line in the description ...
