My flash guy fucked me. How can I convert my videos to flash and publish them myself?

I have 25 video clips I shot, 1 gig worth of video, its still on my camera in .avi format. I want to publish them in flash video on my website.

I hired a flash guy to watermark them and convert them to flash and publish them.
Long story short he finished them and did a shit job, the players are backwards and the videos include times when we said "cut" and continued to edit something out, but he didnt edit them out.

So is there a tutorial on how I can do this myself? I dont mind paying for a tutorial but I am a total retard when it comes to this, I don't understand it at all.

On my dating site I used to have everything up in windows format and would get at least 2-3 tech support questions a day from people who cant video them, or the video was all green because they dont haave the right codec.

Since switching to flash I've gotten 0 messages, it seems to work for everyone. So I need to learn how to convert and upload/publish content into flash

Thanks for the suggestion! I've been through so many programs and didn't like any. This does exactly what it needs.

Hopefully, more sponsors will get around to converting their own promo clips to flv soon enough.
