I never saw him say that the whole house was his. I just assumed from the pictures that he lived in the whole house. I'm sure if I was interested in living there and I enquired about it, he would have told me that he lived in the basement.

I did not live just round the corner I flew 9 hours on plane
I paid up the full $500 rent before I left I think thats fair enough considering I stayed for 3 days
