But if I find out something going wrong and kindly ask the program owner to fix it, I think it´s a matter of good business conducts to fix it or at least to answer.

I don´t think so. I sent several e-mails and I described the problem to Uno on ICQ pretty damn clear and discussed it. The problem hasn´t been solved anyway. Nobody got back to me as promised.

But I´ll do as Pete requested and will send another e-mail when I´m at the office later today.

I always solve any probems talking to my partner and do not bring them on boards or make them public in any way. This is the first time I did and the reason is being ignored for nearly two month.
