Arizona does classify people who leave there prison system who do not have employment as indigent. However they will not pay for personal lawsuits, just like they wont pay for you to have cable if your poor here. So good luck to him with having my tax dollars pay for this law suit.

We also have a law, it requires any law suit that includes defamation of character (Which is all he would be able to hope for) be reviewed by a panel. If proper evidence is not provided it will be rejected, this can take up to 6 weeks. If he filled under false suit or pretence and said something was owed he has to send the paperwork via certified mail or process server no matter where they live. No court allowes you to tell the person over the internet. It is also law in AZ that if you sue someone you can not contact them unless you plan to settle, if you do contact them without settlement offers your case will be thrown out.

I read that what Joe posted in that guys forum. I dont think it will be thrown out so easliy. Going into a public forum and posting that he raped his sister is a very serious allegation, why was Eddie not tried and convicted for that offense?

I just looked at the mods info, Eddie asked the guy to delete and ban these indivduals who are attcking him in the boards. So Eddie brought this matter to the mods attention long ago and yet the drama still occured.

Yes Eddie acted in a very un professional manner by lashing out in his own defense.

The courts here will laugh at this case. Posting that Eddie has a criminal record is not Libel if it is true. He does have a criminal record, and anyone can look that up. It is pretty easy. Eddie posted more threats to people on here then they posted to him. He also went after Nikki Licks for no vaild reason. You need money to sue someone civily. Small claims is under $5500, you can represent yourself. But i assume you want to take Joe to the cleaners right? Unless you have an AZ. Bar number i dont see you addressing any court of law. So your option would be to retain an attorney who's retainer will start out at $2500 and he will string you along till you pay him 20k. Then after all that money you will still need to show how his defaming and slanderous statements affected you monetarily.


Can you quantify the damage Eddie? Really? you saying you have been damaged is not enough dude! You will need to hire a forensic accountant out of your own pocket to help you figure out your losses due to Joes naughty statements.

As for Libel and Harassment, I don't think I am guilty of libel or harassment. eddie just did not like what I have had to say and the fact I personally did not agree with him or believe in him.
As for Defamation: All it will take is the model/s in question, coming forward which will void any defamation and you can bet they will.

On the other hand, eddie contacting me via ICQ to inform me "I know where you are" and "I am coming by” could be considered a threat. His endless convulsions of profanity towards me, via ICQ, could be considered harassment.
It was so peaceful around here at work for the past couple of days, until today, when he was back on ICQ with his usual drivel once again.

eddie knows and I have told him in the past, what I talk about with my model/s is none of his business. I uphold client confidentiality AND if the model/s give/s permission to disclose this information, then I have no problem with it, but at this time, I do not have permission and I will honor all wishes.

The next part of that ICQ that I find a bit disturbing, is that he gets free legal representation because of his indigent status?
I and others know he shoots for other companies and could be selling content freelance, so how does this give him rights under indigent status? He is working!
