Internext Hotel Rooms Sold out ?

I thought it will be a slow show but does not look like it. See every one in FL next weekend.

The Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa has 898 guest rooms and 100 suites ...all sold out !!.

Yep....I called the hotel direct and they said no more rooms !!. Try from the Internext web site which takes you to the separate booking site and no luck.

If 1000 people are showing up then is this going to be larger then Phoenix ?

They probably are telling you this because the room block is over. Hmm, odd. Ask AVN next week because I have my doubts all 998 rooms are sold out.

Exactly right.

I finished booking my hotel on the last day, 29th (made a post same day). They still had the lowest priced rooms available. A buddy of mine called the same day to inquire, and they still had a TON of rooms left.

My guess is what WG said. The block, and expired 29th, etc..

I know a lot of people who are not going, so I doubt it is going to be jammed like last, or other, years.

ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE - Central reservations sometimes tells people the hotelis sold out as it is blocked off to industry only -YOU MUST SAY THAT YOU ARE WITH INTERNEXT . If they continue to tell you its sold out call back and get another operator or ask for a supervisor.

Anyone having this problem please let me know.

Finally got through to a person with half a brain at Westin.

Call 888-627-9057 , then explain to them you are with the group "Internext" and the rooms are at 209$. If you just say the dates....they will say its sold out.

Online booking does not work either.

He's right - it looks like its sold out.

You can't book from the Hotel directly anyway. Instead you have to book online at this url : http://internext-expo.com/hotel.html. Click BOOK and you are taken to Starwoodmeeting.com who are handing the actual bookings.

When I try it I get

Glad you got booked - once again - there are some rooms left. In fact I was told that their are a few Corner Suites / Diplomat and Governor Suites available.

The online booking is now closed so call the 800 # to book.
