CEcash has a program "CEMags"

They will pay $1.50 per email address plus $15 per upsale.

The surfer has to enter his email address and desired password then confirm the email sent to his/her address

K thanks but to make it clear, i need a sponsor that pays me everytime someone gets a new free e-mail address from my ref code.

Let's say hotmail had an affiliate program for example. I'd get paid x amount everytime a surfer would get one thru my link.
Does it make it more clear?
