Chepchugov's office has been tracking 3,000 Internet sites and has
launched 14 criminal cases. He said that, in addition to pornographic

First of all, extemist tendencies - What does that mean? That they're terrorists? Because thats what this article implies...

I think the terror card is dealt too quickly lately. Anyone running these kind of sites is extreme to begin with, not to mention criminal. This article smells like bullshit
