Calling designers: Looking for gay AVS hub to be designec - GoFuckYourself.com

I'm looking to get a gay AVS hub site designed.

I need a logo, warning page, menu page, gallery index page, a page to extol the virtues of whatever avs i happen to be plugging, 3 different template galleries, 2 banners.

The menu page would have space for new and recent galleries with plenty of room for upselling online movies, sponsored galleries, and pay sites, and some sort of cascading drop down menu to direct surfers to the right sex of the index page.

I'm not sure what I want the final design to look like but I do know that I don't want one of these 'faux' pay sites that seem so common nowadays.

I'd like the designer to be happy doing a gay site and not just be he/she needs the work.

At the end of the day I'd like to have a site that will stand the test of time and a site that the designer would be proud to be have in his/her portfolio.
