You said Sleazy was some kind of business genius, and that most people won't achieve anything close to him.
Well, to me it looks like Sleazy hasn't achieved shit. He got hustled by some idiots for hundreds on thousands of money, ran into the ground his club and his online business, and finally announced bankruptcy.
Just pointing out that there isn't anything special about him.

All i know is... winnipeg is a fucking shithole.
especially all the wannabe gangster guys and old greasy biker dudes. lots of hot chicks though who are friendly.
everytine i go into a winnipeg club i leave with a hotty, the women love me there, i am a break from the regular sleazeball there.Comment

All of us have worked on some project that didn't make it. Sometimes they cost millions and sometimes they cost nothing, and some make it and some don't. Everyone has had a project/business/idea fail at some point or they have only been in business for a week.
When a project/idea fails and the person continues on, the person didn't fail at business

Give the guy a break. Everyone knows that there are all kinds of hang outs: Clubs, bars, pubs, lounges, etc etc. Comparing a bar to "competition" that is a huge dance club is unfair and makes no point.
The picture's in Sleazy's club are bad. A professional camera would have a wider, faster lens and manual ISO settings that could have been used to capture more of the clubs ambient light, requiring less flash. You can't possibly tell anything about a club's feel when you use a bright flash like that.
Anyway sorry to hear about your problems, Mr. Dream, but good for you for giving it a try, and we all wish you the very best of luck.Comment

I used to take pictures in the bar I worked at for their website. I took pictures on some nights where it was packed and just the view of some of them it didn't look that busy at all. I also took pictures nights where there 10 people in the place but because they were all in one spot in the picture the bar looked busy as hell.ICQ# 419 775 271
