So I get this e-mail from hotmail...like 15 fucking times telling me how to fight spam. I have figured out the #1 way: DON'T USE HOTMAIL!

Use email addresses that will get excluded from the spam lists.

If you own your own email domains it's easy.

abuse@
postmaster@
spam@

Any of these usernames before your domain will get filtered by 90% of bulk mail software. Those addresses have been pretty clean for me.

Man, that's a pretty sharp idea. The only problem is that the spam bots pick email addresses off of websites and I don't want to list "abuse@" for my tech support address and I hate those stupid "Fill in the form and we'll get back to" setups, so I don't want to use one of those, either.
