yup it's stinking up pretty bad. With all this rain once the humidity kicks in we'll all be ruined. Good thing it's been a cool summer. I'm only afraid of what kind of super rats and cockroaches we've bred

I remember reading that it only took 36 hours to get the city after the last garbage stirke. Kinda goes to show you how slowly they regularly work if they can clean an entire citys 2 + month supply of garbage up that quickly. 18 sick days in one year gimme a break! Etobicoke has it right by contracting the garbage jobs out. Keeps them on their toes.
