Do you want 100% plastic or plastic coated? Anyway, check out Top Producer Printing/Mob Printing. They are very adult friendly. BTW, they used to have a booth at the AEE show.

I used for biz cards, shirts, and stickers. (mainstream action sports projects) Everything was top notch.

Yes Cutting Edge Designs for sure.. I would recommend them as they are easy to work with, reasonably priced and do great work. They meet deadlines, even been great on rush jobs which everyone knows can get crazy around convention season ;) Top notch in my book...
