What we don't have and what Canada does have, is cheap health care all around, that doesn't force families to go bankrupt or people dieing in the streets, even poverty is taken care of. Their poor neighborhoods are our middle class working family neighborhoods. Crime is low because the people are taken care of, because not everyone can or will take care of themselves. And that something people need to deal with.
Canada regulates it they don't hand the money out, the people are, and the system makes a profit. And the people are happy about it.
I was happy with it.... I would gladly take what they had over ours, without question.
They started at a rocky bottom, and so will we.. that's how it works.
