I just ran into some production people at the gym who told me some interesting things:
1. They say, that Brazzers has been skirting US 2257 laws and shoot girls from overseas with no ID. Some of the girls they shoot have been doing scenes for Brazzers first, then getting an ID, and then working for everyone else. I guess being Canadian they are immune to 2257 laws, even through they shoot in Vegas.
2. Also, I'm not sure of the laws on this but I believe it is against the law to shoot live set shows in Nevada, or that's what I am told. I don't know if this is true, but it would seem that every strip club in Vegas would have one if they were legit.

Movie/music producers figthed that youtube and soon rapidshare has to ACTIVELY work to prevent copyrighted material from even showing on their site (instead of waiting for dmca complaint). Like I said in another thread, I used to sweat that kind of stuff, but after today I decided I no longer give a shit. The porn I do promote is pretty much micro niche, and I have an outsourced worker that I use to send DMCA's to sites when he finds content of the niches I am promoting.
Last night he showed me a site that is full of stolen content, directbigboobs.net, that I figured was monetizing with the usual Brazzers ads. But when I looked at the site I also saw straight affiliate banners for Score Cash, Fuck You Cash, and Reality Cash. That is when I officially decided I no longer give a fuck. If those three big programs don't care what kind of traffic they take, I no longer give a fuck what sleazy shit I have to do to make money, either.
And before anyone starts with the "did you contact the sponsor?" bullshit, yes he did, and he told me he two of the sponsors didn't bother answering him, and one gave him a terse "we'll have legal look into it" response without answering his other questions, and the links to all three programs still work. So fuck it, I purchased tube traffic in the past, but now I am officially switching over to the dark side...Comment

Yeah, it this was 2 years ago then us tgp guys could actually do stuff. But once they took all of our traffic with pornhub? There is no affiliate or group of affiliates anywhere on this earth that have the kind of traffic they already have.
