the reason they haven't been sued is that from big to small in this industry people are cheap - nobody wants to drop 100K to start a lawsuit when they can still spend 100K in this industry with a much quicker return than they'll get from a lawsuit. plus the aggravation that goes along with lawsuits.

If you are not a fan of the xsales, we have a vanilla option. It is available both in lordsofporn and occash. There are no xsales, no limited trial, and no popups...there also is no PPS. If webmasters feel so strongly about this, they should use it. I don't know any mid to large sized program that even offers this.
On top of that, I hear Brazzers is the all time heavywieght of aggressive billing. I will have to do a test SU and see...Comment
