Joe, your content, which you have licensed and resold to other webmasters (including myself), is all over practically every large tube site:
KeezMovies (purportedly owned by, or in cahoots with Brazzers) - Added 7 months ago (37,000+ views - Miko Sinz in your bedroom sucking your dick):
http://www.keezmovies.com/432331
Pornhub - Page 1 under "Asian" (supposedly also owned by Brazzers):
http://www.pornhub.com/view_video.ph...9231b10c726488
Uploaded 1 Year Ago (480,000+ views)
Tube8 - Uploaded 7 months ago (336,000+ views):
http://www.tube8.com/asian/leandra-lee/80796/
RedTube - Over 1.7 million views:

Sure wish you would do something about this (unless you condone it), since it is devaluing the thousands of dollars worth of content which I licensed from you.
It only took a few minutes for me to find these videos which have been online 6+ months and have been cumulatively viewed by millions for free.
I find it hard to believe that you are unaware...
I sure hope you are trying to contact someone from KeezMovies to remove your content, instead of selling/licensing them your content (since you already made back your investment on that product), because you know they will repost it to surfers for free (in hopes of upsells to the advertisers/affiliate links on their site), while they ruin the value of your content for the people like myself whom licensed your content as bonus content for their Members area.
So which is it?

This is true. However, what most people fail to realize is that this is a precedent set in Viacom vs. Google and just because Google can get away with using DMCA to shield itself against punitive damages does not necessarily mean that some fucktard running a porn tube can get away with it also. Somebody just needs to step up to the fucking plate.Speaking as someone who manages half of the abuse department for a colocation provider, that's not really possible. As long as they routinely respond to DMCA complaints, removing content, and filing counter-dmca complaints when the complaint is illegitimate, they can stay online forever regardless of how many complaints they receive.
In addition, the judge in Viacom vs. Google did not take statutory damages off the table, that has yet to be determined. No precedent has been set, which means that program owners could still sue for statutory damages. The only reason this shit is still legal is because no one is fighting to make it illegal. Yes, what they are doing is perfectly legal at the moment, but let's call a fucking spade a spade. What they are doing is exploiting a legal loophole to rob this industry blind so they can line their pockets.Last edited by Blackamooka; 07-21-2009, 11:26 PM.The only way to comprehend what mathematicians mean by infinity is to contemplate the extent of human stupidity.

Content flatlines in value as soon as you sell it non-exclusively. Sure you might get 10k in one day, but after that you ability to make money from that content again is almost nil.

More producers need to get that through their heads. Not that the tubes sites are paying for the videos they post anyways.Comment

This is an old argument. The bottom line is DMCA laws need to change to make site owners responsible for the stolen content on their site, no matter what, whether a user uploaded it or not. I doubt that will happen though. So although "illegal tubes" are unethical, they still have the law on their side and that's all they need to stay in business.Comment

This is the 2nd or third time some suggested severe bodily harm. The best thing is, nobody has gotten mad about it.better question than "why hasn't anyone gone after them in court?"...
Why hasn't some just setup a hit on them Seriously, this is porn, I thought you were supposed to be a shady bunch of motherfuckers. Just have the owners shot for fuck sakes, or mysteriously overdose on some bad blow. Be creative...
Brazzers is getting about as much love as Bernie Madoff over here.Comment

You know if you really wanted to fuck these guys you could also send reports to google about all of the paid links they are buying. You can track them easily:

You can report links by being logged in to google:

By the way, I'm pretty sure all it would take is a court order to find out without a doubt who is behind all of those sites. That's not that difficult to get....The only way to comprehend what mathematicians mean by infinity is to contemplate the extent of human stupidity.

Hey Jay, good to see you back in action...Content flatlines in value as soon as you sell it non-exclusively. Sure you might get 10k in one day, but after that you ability to make money from that content again is almost nil.
More producers need to get that through their heads. Not that the tubes sites are paying for the videos they post anyways.
I understand that the value of content goes down once it is labeled as "non-exclusive", however, the practice until recently has been that the content was licensed for use in Members areas, with only a certain limited amount of content being authorized for traffic generating purposes (15-20 pix or 1-2 minutes of video).
A person/company that made their money back several times from the content off their own DVDs/sites, and then resells/licenses their content to other webmasters (for limited, paid member only use), should not then bargain basement their content to the rip-off tube/torrents sites, which in effect helps to legitimize their otherwise illegal operations, as well as devalues their content to other people whom only purchased the content since they understood that there was a level playing field, and the bulk of the content could only be displayed in designated Members areas.
If a 3rd party content producer thinks that they can sell content to pirate tube and torrents sites, and thus undermining the deals that they previously did with legit webmasters, and expect the status quo to prevail, then they are in for a rude awakening.
If they think there is any future in that business model, since legit purchasers of 3rd party content will quit buying from them, and once one of the pirates posts it on their site, all of the other would-be pirate clients will simply leech off of the original pirate site.
Yet another adult business model doomed to failure...

Exactly why most shooters don't get aroused/erections when shooting - they are too busy focusing on the work...
Now, if you get aroused during post-production, then you know that you have gold!!!
Actually, if you are experienced, you generally know it is good when you are shooting it, but you are too preoccupied to acknowledge it, in order to ensure that you have the technical aspects straight as well....
