Man you guys are fucking frustrating to deal with.
I have 5 credit cards, 3 loans 7 bank accounts in 3 countries and several corporations and NONE of them were as hard to get as a simple fucking epassporte account.
I do no think that making it fucking impossible to get into your precious system is a reasonable response to possible fraud. I think that given your obvious obsessive level of concern over this you should probably just close the fuck down.
I heard there are some people in India who speak a little English these days, you should maybe look into HIRING SOME OF THEM FOR YOUR CALL CENTER OVER THERE.
Also, it doesn't make much sense to me to have all this goddamn security if your going to skip the important step of getting a fucking DNA sample from people who want to open an account.
Shit, while you're at it, why don't you require a 5 bazillion dollar bond be put up in case anyone does anything unseemly with the couple hundred bucks they may run through their epassporte account.
Seriously though, it would be less infuriating if in order to verify your identity with the "not-speekie-so-goodie-englie" operator if they could just ask one or two questions instead of making you recite your entire user profile to them. Especially since they CANT UNDERSTAND A SINGLE FUCKING WORD YOU TELL THEM!!!
