Are cubans that much better compared to say honduran or dominican or wherever ? Could it just be the stigma that its somewhat taboo or forbidden (and illegal) that makes it appear to taste better ?

I think it is a question for specialist (I am not)- but I can say that I smoke Dominicana and it is soften taste to me
