Oh yeah.

I waited until my early 30s before I bought a house, but for a first house it's pretty decent. Rather than buying a cheap rundown "fixer upper" that would have never been fixed we waited and built from scratch. 2 1/2 years after we moved in my wife starts talking about building our second place. :1orglaugh

nothing like owning a home, I rented for about 8 years... the first few years is normal but renting for to long is throwing money out the window.......
