I wouldn't worry at all about going to the convetions. Of all the bars, clubs and parites I've ever gone to anywhere, by far adult webmaster conventions/parties are the friendliest. I've personally never seen a "real" fight brake out at a convetion. Everyone is there to coduct business and have a good time. You'll see plenty of straight and gay people all over the place so you'll just blend in. No one is going to notice nor care either way.

The one thing i've learned about this board is that you have to take it with a grain of salt. The vast majority of people posting stupid crap are just nobodies and always will be.

Anyone that is successful isn't going to have time threatning people for no reason. The haters are, broke, have nothing better to do and definetly can't afford to go to a convention.
